Poor quality

I bought a new popcorn machine on the 27 November, machine was delivered on 30 November, few days in using the machine the glasses on the doors started to crack and the *****s came loose. Immediately I reported this to Fathima at the store, they promised to come fetch the machine until today I am still waiting for them, she doesn't phone me back I have to phone her every time, I want them to give me a new machine or give me my money back
