Really annoyed with service from Premier Homeware. Ordered an expensive pizza oven and asked for urgent delivery. Was informed that it comes from Cape Town - (I live in CT) No they have to send it to Johannesburg first then only can they forward to CT. Took them a week to get it to Jhb and only after much pestering from me, did it get collected in JHb - now will be too late for Christmas Day and maybe arrive next week. Probably 14 days all in.

After I asked for a refund - they said “don’t worry, we’ll make a plan” Yeah RIGHT.

Not to be trusted and no more business from me.
