Sara the Physio receptionist will be the reason why clients do not come back!
Went to see Carrie Graham, and she is a great Physio doc, patient, professional and attentive. However the visit has left a bad taste in my mouth due the receptionist - Sara, who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave us the run around with regards to medical aid and would continuously cut me off when speaking, I could not deal with her anymore and eventually asked my Partner to deal with her. He had an even worse experience and she continued to be rude. The receptionist will be the reason why clients do not come back!

09 Sept 2020, 13:54The receptionist should have mentioned it was a cash only practice, its bizarre because we called in advance to check if they accept medical aid and she confirmed, following my visit I was told that it is cash only
