Pathetic accommodation

My family of 7 x adults and 3 x children arrived at Premier Guest House on the 18 September 2024. The place seemed to be fine, so we stayed. During the night there were bed bugs that bit all of us. We couldn't sleep. The next morning after three people had taken a shower, the water was cold then stopped. I contacted the owner telephonically and he refused to give me a refund. After informing him that I intended to get the health department and the Police involved, he then refunded 50% of my deposit. The kitchen was filthy and the place had a bad smell. The receptionist slept on a mattress in the reception area. The back door remained open the entire night allowing the cold air into our rooms. This place isn't well kept. The toilet jammed after just one use. Pathetic!!!!
