Selling of old stock.

I purchased a 2.5kg Iwisa Maize Meal for Game stores Southgate on Monday 06/05/2019.

When I got home and opened the package it was full of white worms inside the Mealie meal and on the top of the package as well.

I then put it back in a plastic bag and returned the Maize to Game store on the Wednesday. I was then refunded the R20.00 that I paid for the maize. They did suggest that I take another one but I refeused.

I then received a call from a lady who works at Premier HO asking me why did I not contact them directly in connection with the damaged product, when I told her that I returned it back to the store because I purchased it from GAME, she was very rude and said that there is nothing that they can do futher.

They sent old stale stock to the retailer marked with an incorrect expired date. They wanted all the below details and also wanted to know why did I not take a photo of the damaged goods.

When I informed Game stores about the Maize they ask if I can come and collect an extra R20.00 for the damaged goods.

A health inspector need to go to all Game Stores and inspect their stock in the refrigerator and on the shelves.

This issue must just be brought to the CEO or Directors of both companies, because I don't think they know about it.
