Unsufficient service

I am a third party claimer to this company and got 2 quotes for the repairs on my vehicle. The quotes range between R6500-R7000. The assessor, A Pullin Assessing, wrote a report from photos and missed some of the damage on my vehicle. Premier Claims Services offered a settlement of R3900 to fix my vehicle. The guy in charge of my claim, Shaun Basset, is impossible to get hold of and he never returns my calls. I have also left a message for his manager to phone me and I am still waiting for her call. This claim has been going on since October 2017.
