THIRD PART CLAIM -SORT OUT MY CLAIM!!!

i have been waiting patiently for PCS to sort out my claim, incident happened 27-11-2019> Their client reversed into my vehicle damages the rear end. i have submitted quotes. Only feedback i am receiving is that they are awaiting a payment for Excess - i dont know from who????! Jaco from PCS is not forthcoming at all! Please resolve my claim!!!
