Premier Claim Services false claims

In november 2019, my car rolled from my yard and crushed my gate and it went to hit my neighbor's gate and it left a crack , leaving my neighbors gate derailed. The owner came and he said i must not not worry as it was an accident considering that my handbrake was on. He assured me that the insurance will fix it Today on the 27th of January 2020 I get a call from Premier Claim Services saying that I owe them R2600.00 . The company is overcharging me for something that i was going to fix for less than R1000,00 .
