Pathetic service from Premeir claims services

A truck insured by them, knocked into my vehicle 3 months ago, I still have not been paid my claim. The timeline given to by their Consultant Shaun Basset for my claim to be paid out, never surfaced. Now I'm talking a taxi that costs me R150 per day. Jaco De Ru the second Consultant that has taken over my claim is rude and arrogant. They also never respond to emails or return phone calls. I have no idea on what to do except contact my attorney and make them liable for all my added costs.
