No payment or response

I lodged a 3rd party claim against their client, as he drove into me while I was stationary at a robot . i sent my quotes on the 6th June with no payment as yet. they don't reply to emails either. The broker and client are not replying as well. Pathetic company to deal with. should have a zero rating.
