********** company ...... falsely rejects claim with zero investigation

Company a ***** ...... this company has Clark’s who don’t respond to mails or calls. When you finally get ahold of them , they treat you as though they are the King and you are a mere peasant . When Refilwe the claims Clark finally answered the phone, she was extremely rude and expressed herself by saying she receives many calls and mails and she cannot respond to everyone. She then proceeds to say she is on lunch and will get back to me when she has time. I addressed her regarding timelines and turnaround response times and it was as though I had no human rights to ask these questions. I requested to speak to the manager Neandra and she aswell was extremely defensive. I demanded professionalism and expert advice and I was told they will get back to me by close of business. They then responded at 17:01 attaching my sketch saying it’s rejected due to me not stopping. I have over 20 years driving experience with zero accidents. They allegedly rejected based on a Clark’s inexperienced review. I asked for an investigation at the accident point and I was still treated like insignificant person. My car is a Range Rover and a young girl was racing another car from the robots. She was driving 140 kms on 60kms road. He car completely took of my left front bumper. Imagine the speed she was traveling to pull out a heavy vehicle like this .
