Excuses, Excuses, Excuses

Dreadful - they have to work ethic and happily avoid having to do anything even to the extent of thinking up very innovative excuses for their lack of action and lack of service. How any insurance company can employ this concern for their Third Party claims is beyond and logic at all, other than it is a way of not paying Third Party Claims. All designed to have the Third Party go away as the level of frustration is beyond bearing!!! What a shower!
