DONT PAY CLAIMS ! Lawin consulting, Premier claims services. Heat solar company, One sure

On the 19 October 2017 My vehicle was knocked by a driver from Heat Solar pty Ltd . Gyser and solar systems company in Lanseria my vehicle was stationary and the driver was rushing and reversed into my car. Accident report was done, admission of guilt as well. The driver reffered us to his Company Heat Solar . the company advised that their broker from Lanwin Consulting will ask , the gentle man spoke well but failed to confirm when will they pay and there are no merits to be assessed on this case /claim . Vehicle was stationary and theyre driver reversed into me . Much to my annoyance I had to send the accident report, invoice and car pictures to him after I sent it to the " drivers manager " Wendy from Heat solar . The gent called me many times give me the run around . The last straw was when I was then reffered to One sure who did not pick up the phone for 5 whole days and did not reply to emails

then I was reffered to Premier claims , I ve been emailing since the 30/10/2017 no one is interested I was reffered to Gretchen Rubin and Naazli - when I rep**** to their email - I received an out of office with no contact person or dates of contactabillity . The time all parties involved and been pushing me from pillar to post , all claims contact numbers do not go through .

it is very sad that Heat Solar as a company has a poor system to rectify driver behavior that causes damages , I would think as a company that is a corporate citizen they would have made enough provision for such cases being sure this is not the first .

as for the many brokers and companies involved there is no appreciation of the treating clients fairly policy at all, no appreciation on protecting their clients reputational risk because if they do this to me - its clear that they do it with many other people . In other words Heat Solar company cars can just do hit and runs and its okay !!! disgusted !
