Disgusting Service

<p>I have been dealing with Premier Claims Services for over 4 months to resolve a third party claim. The service I have received has been absolutly disgusing. Staff are uncommunicative and slow. If you do not contact them on a daily basis they do not attend to you claim. Staff do not provide any feedback on your claim even they say they will get back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contact information on their website is out of date and they are very reluctant to answer their phone when you try to contact them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company is a complete joke. If I was the director Wayne Venter or general manager Rene van Coller I would be absoluty disgusted at myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>AVOID this company at all costs.</p>
