Disgusting service

<p>I had a claim where one of the clients of Premier Claims rear ended my vehicle. After a long struggle to obtain any form of feedback or settlement for the damages suffered I received a 50% offer. No explanation of how they got to the amount nor why I am 50% contributory negligent were explained. I wonder if the clients of Premier Claims are aware that the insurance do not care about them as the next step is to proceed with summons against their client directly for the damages suffered. I will also proceed to South African Insurance Association to inform them of the absolute lack in service as this matter has been dragging for months and the settlement is to say the least ridiculous and not even in par with the applicable law. Watch out clients of Premier claims Services, if you cause an accident they do not care if we take you to court as they clearly do not assist on your behalf!!</p>
