BAD SERVICE

I was accientally scratched on my car sometimes in may,normal process were followed ,all necessary documents were submitted,now wen i called them to to follow up its just a week after a nother seems like no one knows whats going on with my claim,when each tym i call them they will say they are escalating it i should call again,hell with this ,
