Worst service in the history of claims services ever! How ANY Insurer can make use of Premier Claims Services is beyond me. 3rd party claims takes over 8 months to complete, still not completed and an incorrect settlement is sent. The claims team leader, Naazli Vally, seems incapable of managing the staff to get the work done, despite numerous emails and calls on a daily basis to both her and Raeleen Pillay who's email signature states that she is a "3rd party claims specialist". Noting special or competent about the service received. An absolute insult to the insurance industry. Minus 100 star rating!
