3rd Party Claim

The worse experience ever with the third party claim.

A truck & trailer drove into my daughter's car, Nov.2018, only received a settlement amount from them at the end of June, according to them my daughter is half responsible for the accident and they will only pay out 40% of the claim after I paid to fix the car myself. Up until today, they have not paid out the settlement amount yet. I received such poor service from them, they never return calls, don't ever reply on any e-mail messagers.
