Premier Auto Refinishers pathetic

Ascendant happened on the 11 of Dec 2014. And after 82 days I still don't have my vehicle back. This is beyond pathetic!!! Renault gave me a loan unit more than I can say for my insurance , and the worst part is that my monthly insurance payment has never been late or short paid. I'm starting to think that moving from Out-surance to King Price was a very stupid move!! And then on top of it all King Price and Renault makes use of a Renault approved panel beaters Premier Auto Refinishers , who are as useless as King Price. We were told that the vehicle was ready for collect but after inspection we refused to take the vehicle back due to the poor workmanship. And it didn't stop there after the panel beaters fix there mess , we were told last week by King Price that the wiring harness was damaged and that it will take an additional 17 working days for the stock to arrive in SOUTH AFRICA !! then it still needs to be fitted and inspected !!! 99 days to repair a vehicle is unacceptable , but still I need to pay my monthly finance instalment and insurance !!!
