Terrible customer service from Prema Cupboards

We wanted to redo our kitchen in our new home and asked Ruben to do the job. He assisted us fine to get the job which we gave to him amongst other people. After the job was done and payment made, there were a few adjustments which Ruben argued with us before actually getting done. The last issue we had was that he didn’t measure our fridge cupboard which he had made, the fridge doors were not opening properly. Upon asking him if he can sort this out he tried to drag the issue by saying that he’s doing research then furthermore degrading us by saying that we must not think we paid a lot of money for the job he did (amounting to R51500), this for us is a lot of money for a starter home. The attitude we received from Ruben was absolutely rude and not professional at all. Once he received payment he didn’t care about the customer service he was meant to give us. I would not recommend this company at all.
