POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

After being promised the earth and the moon by the owner Jonathan followed by he's apparent great prices, This is by far one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. After weeks of negotiating and getting quotes and designs ready for Marketing material which we urgently needed in, some of the products were not delivered as per time frame agreed upon. When contacting the owner, Jonathan, the phone calls either get ignored on several occasions or when answered is followed by snotty comments. When new dates of delivery was agreed upon, and confirmed telephonically, we went to our site to check up on this only to see upon arrival that there was no team member there and nothing being done. Yet, several more phone calls to land line or cell phone, unable to get hold of Jonathan until EVENTUALLY. We agree upon another date for all marketing material to be delivered at our offices and others installed on site. Next due date received - Jonathan confirms that they are busy on site and the marketing material is being delivered to our office as we speak. Day goes by and less than half of what we ordered and paid for arrives at our office and also does not remotely look like the sample we have received and signed off on - printed product is dull and lifeless and a bad reflection towards our company. We phone Jonathan yet again who had all kind of excuses again. The following day, after confirming with Jonathan telephonically that he is in some meeting somewhere, but all marketing material is completed and ready - we decide to drive through to their office. Upon arrival Jonathan is walking around in the garden with T shirt and shorts...only to find the NONE of the rest of the marketing material we ordered and paid for has even been started to print or anything. Up to date the whole process has been dragged out with lies, excuses and all kinds of bull and nonsense. Completely unacceptable service and I would not recommend ANYONE to use PRELLEX for any designing or marketing material. UNPROFESSIONAL. *********. WASTE OF TIME.
