Unprofessional/rude service

I was assigned to Pregen Govindasamy And Associates Labor relations attorney in Durban North by scorpion legal,for a work dismissal, there was no communication from them for 2 days(note we have 30 days to send in n application to the bargaining Council) worried after 2 days I eventually called and asked are they aware and can I come in for a session to discuss my case, I was told they are aware and will call me when FREE(From then I knew I'm going to have issues) eventually I went in the next week discussed my case with a attorney called Colleen,as this is new to me, I was not sure of the proceedings as she explained what will happen, they sent in my application to the union Council,I called after a week to check on a date I was told they will follow up in 3 WEEKS ,while in Durban cbd,I decided to check for myself just to be sure,they apparently sent my application to the jb branch, after 3 n half weeks durban branch had no idea of application,Council asked if my attorney can send the application to another email, it's almost 4 weeks for my application which would have been denied if my application didn't meet the 30 day deadline, the case was referred and a week before the case I tried to call Colleen no response what so ever apparently she is to busy to respond or reply as per the receptionist,1 day to go for my case I called scorpion and had to complain as I'm not getting any response from the attorney, I need to know what I should expect in the hearing as It was my 1st time in this situation and wasn't clear after 5 weeks of the initial meeting with Colleen,I kept calling the office to speak to the owner, eventually someone claiming to be colllen tells me in a very rude and abrupt tone the boss don't just speak to any1 if and he is free I will be called,still nothing from the owner,around 3 someone calls me with a calm tone and says she's Colleen so I said that we spoke in the morning and she specified that was not her it was someone who worked there and was not a lawyer,she discussed the matter and stated the 1st hearing isn't important(but still the client needs to know proceeded again)the next day while waiting for my employer I told Colleen I been calling for a week trying to get hold of her, I almost posted about your business on hello Peter because yourl were rude and unprofessional in the manner the company had addressed me, immediately she became hostile n rude saying do what you want it doesn't bother her,I went on to say I just expected a professional service because that's what yourl provide it would not have taken you 2 min to return my call, angry n frustrated,she took the form to be filled for arbitration to her office, which was done the same day so I thought OK mayb she heard me and the service has changed, on the 24th December I get a email not even a call from Scorpion legal stating my case has been repudiate(let go) by the attorney ,since the 24th I'm still awaiting a call, just off the phone on the 29th not from my case handler but someone else just to say the lawyer has stated my case has no positive outcome(HOW? she doesn't even know the legalities of my unfair dismissal as it was supposed to be discussed in the coming weeks as we PREPARE FOR ARBITRATION) and was let go, immediately I knew she got upset that I spoke out, is that a professional service that Pregen Govindasamy And Associates Offers?does a client not have a say? your service is to make clients life easy with positivity and professionalism, I had joined scorpion so I would have professional legal ervices but this service is disgusting and unprofessional,from both Scorpion and Pregen Govindasamy And Associates
