Warning to all tenants to avoid this agency at all costs:

I'm not one for reviews, but I'm compelled to write this to warn anyone who is looking to rent from this agency to please stay away. Don't be in a rush or desperate to find a place to stay, there are plenty of other agencies that have more ethical ways towards tenants. This is not an agency you want to work with, especially as a tenant.

If you look at all the reviews below you'll see that the only good reviews are from landlords, that in itself should speak volumes. I'm certain none of the landlords are aware of the unfair and ********* acts they get away with when dealing with tenants, as I'm writing this I'm also hoping that someone would read this and investigate this agency some more.

They lure you in with reasonable prices but reasonable is far from what you'll face once you've moved in. Your deposit will be withheld from you without reason, additional prices separate from your rent will appear every few months after you've moved in, and strange defects will appear after the initial inspection: such as roof leaking when it rains, power unit tripping, ceilings cracking and more.

These were the few things I dealt with while being a tenant with this agency, not to mention that all of the above were the damages that they deducted from my deposit without my consent, I highly advise all tenants to look out for this agency and to avoid them. Avoid the pain they will cause you, they are guaranteed to cause you pain and headache, it's just not worth it. Avoid having to find a lawyer to help fight to get back your deposit like I'm currently facing.
