I have been having a few serious challenges with my one tenant who due to non-payment of rent caused much stress and anguish to the point of potential eviction orders etc.. After much too and froing between Lawyers and Predental I Finally I approached the CEO of Preferental Mr Ross Fitzcharles who went out of his way to resolve the situation that required delicate interaction and communications with the tenant. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. How fantastic it was to know that my business, as small as it is, was of interest to the CEO, so much so that he took time out of his busy schedule to support my needs. WOW!!!. When you have the CEO "talking the talk, and Walking the Walk ", you must know you're dealing with the right company .
