The best ever tenant management agency
Wow, what a dream it has been working with Preferental. The team works like a well oiled machine; from client onboarding, tenant applications, accounts to general inquiries. Having used normal rental agents, I can truly vouch that Preferental is leading the pack. As a customer, I feel like I’m always in control, thanks to the Dashboard, and I know exactly what is happening at all times. I’m soo happy and grateful that I came across Preferental. The company truly saved my butt :-)
