Stay away from this place

App**** for an apartment after the listing was posted about 10min prior....

Submitted all documentation and heard nothing back after 3 days, absolutely no communication from their side. Then after enquiring from them I get told someone else got the apartment as our application was not linked to any apartments on their site.

What complete and utter nonsense is this????

Literally online when applying you cannot proceed without filling in EVERY part of the digital form including the address of the property you are interested in.

First they want to blame me for "not selecting an address" but then after telling them I did insert the address I get told there are issues with the site but I can set my preferences for a place and bla bla bla for next time.... Guess what... The link I received ALSO did not work.

We've been looking for a place with a yard for almost a year as their arent any budget friendly places around. So then this perfect place opens up and it's right down the street from us and then PREFERENTAL *****s it up for us.

They could've let the other people know there was a mistake made and that other people app**** before them but no... Rather send me stupid emails trying to cover up their incompetence. Secondly why when they received my documentation did they not contact me asking me to which property I app****.

Thanks for nothing, total incompetence.

I will name and shame them everywhere I go for as long as I live.
