Innovative, Efficient & Responsive
As a new to client my initial impressions are that Preferental offers a innovative and competitively priced service utilising technology and automation to improve tenant management. I especially like and appreciate the electronic lease agreement and mandate process. No paper, no more scanning... efficient! It would be ideal if plans for collections by debit order and that collections impact on tenant credit profiles are finalised swiftly as this will add significant value to their product offerings. I am happy to recommend Preferental for improved efficiency, and for the professional interface it gives for interacting with tenants.
