Disgusting service

Frustrating experience and disappointing lack of management I recently had a frustrating experience with Preferental Property Management that I feel compelled to share.

First and foremost, their legal team took an astonishing two days to respond to my inquiry, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. When they finally did reply, their message was filled with vague legal jargon rather than a straightforward answer. I had a clear question regarding lease cancellation penalties, and instead of providing clarity, they obfuscated the issue.

Their interpretation of the lease terms is confusing at best. They seem to apply generic cancellation penalties in a manner that feels completely unjustified. It's concerning that they would attempt to charge me for penalties that are not only vague but also seem to contradict the regulations in place meant to protect consumers. It's hard to believe they would impose a charge when the property could be let immediately after my departure.

Furthermore, the lack of urgency and clarity in communication reflects poorly on their professionalism. I now feel compelled to consider taking this matter to Small Claims Court due to their unwillingness to engage in a reasonable discussion.

In summary, my experience with Preferental Property Management has been frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend seeking property management services elsewhere if you value clear communication and fair treatment.

Dear Terrence,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and apologise for any confusion or delays in addressing your inquiry. Your concerns about the response time, clarity in communication, and perceived fairness of the cancellation penalties are being taken very seriously.

Regarding your specific query on lease cancellation penalties, we strive to ensure that all terms are clearly explained and compliant with applicable regulations. It’s unfortunate that our initial response didn’t provide the clarity you needed.

We acknowledge that delays and unclear communication can be frustrating and undermine trust. We value your feedback as it highlights areas we need to improve.
