Bad and very costly experience....be carefull

Very bad and costly experience...they apologized profusely as we could not move into a property on the day we had to . This after going through the process, was approved and paid over 1 and a half months rent as deposit , On moving in day the owner of the property just refused to fix all the broken things - and there was a lot. Could not give updated water or light accounts as they are to far in arrears. So we could not move in,,,, they paid back our deposit,,, and ithen mmediately listed the house again for someone else to fall trap to And i always believed that there is only good in people :(
