Precision towing company is ****

Good day, on th 16th of December 2020 i was involved in a car accident on the R21 South. I was on my way home from seeing my son when the car lost control. To cut the long story short. Because i was unconscious, i left with the ambulance and 2 of my friend's remained to wait for insurance to send a towing company. PRECISION TOWING COMPANY came to the rescue and told my friends that they were send by my insurance. One of my friend's asked how much it costed and the gentleman said R1600. To my surprised an invoice was requested from them in the 19th and only received it on the 21st, when i opened the email I was shocked and i was charged R5000 for towing and R5000 for storage. Honestly this is a ******* and not fair towards me and also to people who went through the same thing. As my insurance wont pay my invoice but i should.

Storage was R250 per day and they told me they won't charge for the next 24hrs but i was surprised to get a R10 000.00 invoice from them to release my car. I was told i only have 3month's to pay or they will sell my car to cover the loss they made. The guy who was towing my car, his name is Johnny and he will lie through his teeth telling you that he his talking to insurance which he didnt . This company is making money out of people pockets.
