Precision Steel Fabrication (www.psfafrica.co.za) claims to be making brick machines and cant even weld properly. The owner Arthur Mangalhaes, does not want to pay my refund of R20 000 for almost 3 months now for a machine that did not even work for 1 day. The machine just keeps on breaking and breaking on different areas. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ********* COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. They are located in Lenasia, Johannesburg South.

We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with our product.You indicated that the machine never worked and breakages are the reasons for your dissatisfaction. However, our records in your account indicate that before you paid for the machine you had ordered it was tested to your satisfaction. All the molds the blocks and Maxi we tested respectively.
2. We regret that some of the components broke , we demonstrated that by traveling to your site for repairs without charging a call out fee as it was within the rights of your warranty.
3.You also indicated that the machine never worked , However We respectfully remind you how we successfully demonstrated the correct and proper use of the machine to your satisfaction on the site .Moreover the following critical factors were brought to your attention a) The need for a relatively level terrain b) The right mixing raw materials above all c) The appropriate way of operating the machine not only to produce but minimize the damage on some components. On the unfortunate demand of a refund kindly refer to the agreement signed between us in the presence of a commissioner of oaths.

You might think that I am giving false accusations on this guy and his company but honestly think again.
If this guy was really serious about his business being legitimate he could have paid me to avoid all of this drama involving courts. It is his obligation as a business owner to refund me since his machine still isnt working after several attempts of rectifying it.
It is not my fault that his machine is not working its his fault. So why is he holding it againt me that the machine should first get sold before he pays me back? Why cant he hold it against himself for making a machine that cant produce bricks.
He is even claiming that he tested the machine with sand and water to make sure that it can produce a brick. Why didn't he test with Cement, Clinker Ash, River Sand, Plaster Sand and Water? Those are the minimum ingredients required to produce a brick. And yet he used Sand and Water.
R20 000 is a lot of money and its not fair for anyone to loose their money like this.
Hopefully with this review, you can have an idea of what the situation might be like if you give this company your money, you will either have to loose all your money to Arthur Magalhaes or run up and down in courts and spend thousands of rands on traveling costs.
