Worst Motor Repair Centre

My car took 45 days after i was promised to get it back in 2-weeks as it was a minor accident. Communication is very terrible,every time i called, looks like they avoid talking to customers. The manager,JOSE is big-headed, excessively arrogant and uncompassionate. The service advisers come and go, affecting repairs. They dont send sms notification to customers.I only got my car when one good service adviser ,Conrad, started working on it. Conrad is a very good,human-being, compassionate and passionate,takes his work seriously. If only there could be two Conrad,things will move there.
