Disappointing service

Precision & Sons repaired a damaged rim on my vehicle. After I received the vehicle back, I noticed new damage on the rim. I sent pictures to the company. I was promised that the wheel would be collected and fixed.

Subsequently I had to follow up a few times. It is now more than a month, and there has been no further action or communication.
