Deplporable Customer Care

I would love to give Adam a good review. The dryers he made for me are wonderful. But his after-sales service is deplorable. Immediately after purchase, the dryer was faulty. I contacted him, immediately but I’ve been waiting for over a month for him to replace nuts that are causing the dryer to malfunction. I have contacted him multiple times, he often doesn’t respond or ignores my phone calls. And when he does answer, it’s with more and more excuses. It seems, Adam only cares about his customers when they’re giving him money. And not when he needs to fix his mistakes.
