Worst Repair Center Precision

Here is my experience. My car was involved in an accident on 06 April and my car was towed to Precision repair center at Hennops for panelbeating. Even today my car is not fixed. Am insured with King Price. From the 16 April 2024 they ordered parts from Hyundai and they came in 30 May 2024. But then I keep receiving sms that they are still waiting for parts. I then went to Precision only to find that my car was not even attended to. They only attend to it because I was there. The communication between me and them is very poor or doesn't even exist bcs I only get sms from them even after I gave them my email address. On Wednesday I received another sms that they are waiting for additional, I then called them only to be told that they are waiting for additional parts that might take 21 days for them to receive because they are on back order. Mr Santos, King Price and Andre failed me big time. They are the worst. Should your car be taken to Precision just be prepared to fight. I did but after the incident on Friday I gave up. Precision Repair Center Hennops (Centurion) they are horrible.
