Precision Repair Centre in Centurion: From Disappointment to complete Satisfaction

If I had to write this review a week ago, I probably would have given Precision Repair Centre an angry 85% or a four-star rating. That is how powerful the signature of an excellent service providers is. While they make you spitting mad sometimes, the standard of their work simply is of such a superior standard that it simply trumps any amount of anger. The second quality of exceptional service providers is the way in which they attend to unsatisfactory work given the opportunity to fix what was not attended to during initial repair work and when the result is not to the client’s satisfaction. While I remain disappointed that I have been inconvenienced for three days more than what I anticipated to allow Precision Repair Centre to complete all repair work to my satisfaction, I cannot fault them on either the superior quality of their repair work, or their willingness to seriously attend to repair to the complete satisfaction of the client. In my case, they certainly went the extra mile. Moreover, they chose to treat my vehicle with the same respect I am treating it. I am happy to report that all repair work had been completed to my absolute satisfaction. Where the first repair attempts left me disappointed that my vehicle had been simply treated as yet another set of wheels, once I collected my car for the second time, I drove off with the distinct feeling that they had attended to MY vehicle with distinction. I wish to express my appreciation to Santos, Jock, Charmaine, Presca, Mignon, Cleo, Liz and all the other craftsmen whom I haven’t met for the special effort they had made to complete all repair work to my complete satisfaction. Despite my first disappointment, I still believe they do apply strict quality control and that my situation was the exception and not the rule. Working in a deadline-driven industry, perhaps I expected too much when I requested my vehicle to be ready on a particular date. However, since it was a negotiated agreement, they could perhaps improve on work scheduling in such exceptional circumstances. It is true that the longer red wine matures, the better the quality becomes. However, repair work to a vehicle to me is more like a good white wine; the art of its quality lies in its freshness. I appreciate red wine but my preference is a young, crispy white wine. The next time I need bodywork repairs done to any vehicle, I would not hesitate for a second to decide that Precision Repair Centre remains my service provider of choice. By then, I trust that they will treat me like the white wine ***** I am. I require snappy service of the highest quality.
