Bad service, bad workmanship

After a frustrating four-month ordeal, dealing with Precision Service Centre Centurion has been an absolute nightmare. Throughout this period, the workshop manager was consistently rude and dismissive, constantly blaming OUTsurance for not approving various repairs. Despite these excuses, I finally received my car back on Thursday, only to find it in a deplorable state.

Firstly, no valet service was done on my vehicle, which was supposed to be part of the recovery process. The roof, which they were supposed to fix, came back with visible finger marks and dirt on the inside. To make matters worse, I noticed white residue next to the wheel, which they dismissed as polish that would come off easily.

The situation worsened when I discovered the antenna was broken. When I returned on Friday, I was told it wasn’t part of the approved work and that they would need to check with OUTsurance for further approval. Today, Saturday, after washing my car, I found that the inside of the front door was not hooked properly, and the back door window trim was coming loose. It was evident that they rushed the job, prioritizing completion over quality.

Given my experience, I would strongly advise against taking your car to Precision Service Centre. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and subpar workmanship make it the worst place I have ever encountered for car repairs. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
