Precision mowers shockingly poor service

Took my Petrol mower, worth R2k to be serviced. Has a bad oil leak. The company came back with a R4k quote to replace with a new engine. or Have it serviced at R1590. Obvious choice i thought. Three weeks later I get a call to collect and the only thing done was they replaced the Throttle control. Did not address the issue. Confronted them and they told me they did what the could and walked away. extremely arrogant and rude. The least they could have done was change the Plug, filter and oil. They waisted my time and money for nothing. Don't waist your time with them, all they want is to sell you new machines. and ***** your money.
