Precision mowers can’t fix your machines

I brought my generator to them to get fixed. Firstly waited about 2 weeks for a quotation. Then about another 2 weeks for them to get the job done. After 2 months the generator stopped working again. Brought the thing back for them to fix. They first told me that they didn’t quote for that. A week and a half later the generator is leaking a lot of petrol. Now they have a bunch of excuses about why. At this point I’m impatient and angry. Because I paid both times to get the generator properly fixed. Now they don’t want to help any further. The owner isn’t available. The managers are avoiding me. And the staff that I spoke to are rude. They also think that I know little of what I’m talking about so they thought they could say a few things and I’d accept it. Don’t bring your machines to them to fix. Too much problems afterwards
