Absolutely pathetic service

It is unbelievable how companies can lie and cheat you out of money. i had a call that the **** eater cable had a kink in and they suggest replace i said can it still work as it was working 100% before i took it for a service. this was agreed to be done service the cable and the air gasket and plug. i was called it is ready so when i collected now all of a sudden the cable was broken in 2 pieces and forced to pay the full amount.
