Who the hell is "Precision Medical Solutions"?!

Went in with an injured ankel and was supp**** a moon boot by the ER. Next think I am receiving a bill from these guys that I have never dealt with or even heard of for this device. At no point was it made clear that the device was being supp**** by a third party! Very deceptive and suspect!
