Angry, frustrated

My mom had a cash funeral policy with Precision Group Sche Administrators. My mom pass on in March 2021. I submitted my claim and still didn't get any payment. They making empty promises and never answer there calls when I phone. I was several times at their premises and keep on saying they will get back to me. I borrowed money by someone to get the funeral sorted. Which Annebel said I must see when I can get the money so long until they payout. Annebel is one of managers or directors. My interest on the R10 000 is so high now. I want them to pay the full amount I need to pay the full amount so that my brother can get his car papers back. I told Annebel we going to lose the car if I don't pay the amount. That's was on Friday pass. I'm still waiting on feedback. I can't even grieve my mom's death because I'm stressing over this money. This is not fair.
