Full of promises, under delivery and horrible product

Also goes by Precision Carpenters or builtincupboards.com or Precision Kitchens. Point is Christopher is full of promises and then under delivers. I wish I could provide one star. He promised the job would be done in 4 days. It was then 2 weeks of promises that he is coming the next day and then simply not pitching and not answering his phone, avoiding my calls. I had to cancel the flooring guys 3 times which where supposed to come in after him. After the 3rd time I had no choice but to guess where exacty the cupboards would go and get the flooring guys to do their work since they where going to charge me a cancellation fee. in the end he does not even show up and sends a subcontractor in his place, who himself said he cannot install anything as it is clear Christopher had made the cuts incorrectly and nothing fit as it was supposed to. Furthermore all the corners had peeling, it was really horrible quality. I gave him an opportunity to rectify and he still did not pitch. After this I told him i cannot keep waiting on him and that that is it. He then had the gull to tell me that the 50% deposit I had paid him was insufficient for the materials he had bought and that I had to pay him more if I was cancelling. he even threatened to come to my home and get the money from me himself when in fact he should be returning the deposit. Really incredible. Stay away from this company.
