Bad experience with Precision Carpenters / Precision Cupboards

I really had a bad experience. Asked these guys to fix my wooden sliding door.

After we paid the 50% deposit of R2 600, they admitted that they couldn't actually fix the door. They felt that they spent more than R2 600 in TRYING to fix the problem and therefore did not want to refund the deposit. Of course, their time and expenses does not help me, as my door still cannot open and close.

Several phone calls and emails later, I decided to drive to their premises today. The address given on the internet is 183 Edison Crescent, Hennops Park, Centurion.

No one at that address has ever heard of Precision.

My recommendation is: Avoid doing business with these guys at all costs.
