2 AND A HALF MONTHS AND STILL NO ANSWER!!

I bought a turbo from Precision Components in Edenvale for my car that broke-down 3 April 2015. They arranged the courier to Richards Bay. 9 April I got a call from the technician saying that the turbo is the wrong one. I contacted Precision Components, and the lady said that I can bring the Turbo back for a refund. 15 April I took the turbo in, and Leigh-Ann instructed Wendy that the turbo is \return for credit". Wendy said that she could only do it next week week when the boss is back. I had no problem with that. At the end of the \""next week\"" I called to find out if they managed to do anything. Wendy was off sick. The week after that I had to call again. Then the papers was miss-placed and they had to get everything printed again. The week after that their system was off and no-one could do anything. Every-time I called they had some sort of lame excuse of why I havent got my refund yet! It is 29 June today and up to today I have been fighting with Leigh-Ann Constantly. Either her boss is over seas or whatever the reason may be. I am Fed-up with Precision Components"
