PrecisionAutospray damaged my windscreeen and refuse to fix it!!!
I recently tokk my car to Precision autospray N4Gateway.My car was delivered to their premises without a windscreen crack, when my car was colletcted from their premises it had 2 big cracks on my windscereen. I went there on Monday 7 Sept to voice my complaint and the white guy went to check the videos and came back to tell me that this is due to small chips on the wind screen and he tried hard to explain the heating systems used there. My windscreen did not have the imaginary chips he is talking about, the worst part is that they were not even open to tell me about the damaged windscreen, I only saw it when I got the car. He is refusing to take responsibility for fixing my windscreen as my windscreen was intact when my care was booked in. That bumper damage was really not that big , I just want my windscreen fixed cause I don’t have an insurance . It is not the first time my car went for panel beating, this is totally not acceptable.!!!!!
