********** experience and extremely unprofessional work ethic

We have many dealings with contractors and builders alike as we manage various properties. Our experience with Precision Architectural was by far the worst we have ever lived through. If there was an option to give a "minus rating" we would have chosen that. The job scope was to replace all old wooden windows on the house with aluminium windows. Most of them large sash windows. Nothing went according to plan and there were endless delays with nonsense excuses. We were sworn at by the owner more than once, had the phone hung up on us and **** to continuously regarding deliverables. Unfortunately any attempt to salvage the situation failed and we eventually had to get lawyers involved. The job has been left half finished since early Feb 2024 and we had to now find another company to finis the job. We hope nobody else will fall victim to this unprofessional business.
