Employ someone who actually deserves the salary

I would like to share our experience with Precious Rose Properties with everyone so those who deal with them in the future will be aware, I will not mention her name here but I do hope that something is done about this. We have been in search of a new place to stay as we all know prices go up and things are getting harder for everyone to survive…so I came across a place that drew my attention and it happened to be advertised by precious rose so as anyone would you have the option to call or to send the agent a message to contact you back but to no avail no one called back so I called them the next day needless to say after a few attempts I FINALY got hold of the agent…little did I know how incapable this agent is of actually doing what she is suppose to and the worst part is its people like her that earn good salaries while there are people out there that are more than capable of thriving in her position but they are currently sitting without employment??? It blows my mind…anyway upon finally speaking to the agent I ask her if the price is including water and electricity as it is not stated in the add her response was “I don’t know can I call you back” WHAT REALLY!!! anyway I said yes and she called back. It was then arranged that we would meet on Saturday so I can view the place and I was told I would be called on Friday to confirm our appointment and get the address, Friday came and went nothing!! Saturday morning I decided to call as this agent is incapable as I said and to my surprise she answered her phone and I was told “o no the time of our appointment has been moved to later she sent me a whatsapp but she sees I haven’t read it???? It was then that I told her but im not on whatsapp she should have called…anyway she then smsed the address to me. The time came that I needed to have a look at the place and while sitting waiting I realized that I was not the only one at that given time to few the place so I called her again to hear where she is and I was told shes on her way, after a while I called again and was told 5 min, 15min went by so I call again only to be told by this agent o she is lost she doesn’t know where the place is???? WHAT REALLY!!! Anyway eventually someone comes out and asks if we are there to view the place only to find out it was the wrong place but through the same agent from Precious Rose Properties the address given was for a house that is up for sale not to rent, so we apologized to the owner and left and haven’t heard from the agent again.

Now I am no estate agent but correct me if I am wrong here…. 1. Trying to get hold of the agent was a mission??? 2. She had no knowledge of what she is selling???? 3. The add put up is for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the photos of the add there is a photo of 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms????? 4. There is no communication from her side unless you do the effort???? 5. You as an agent... you have never been to the address of the property you selling????? 6. How do you plan your appointments for all your clients to show up all at the same time????? 7. And for the rest of the day you don’t contact your clients??? Obviously working is too much effort for you???

Never have I had to deal with someone so *********** and I will now make a point of it to rather deal with the owners directly as it is very clear that even something as simple as viewing a place to rent is far too much effort and hard work for some agents out there.
