DEPOSIT REFUND

I rented a flat from precious rose properties payed my rent and deposit into there account the 1st month i moved in i complained about the damages to them to come and repair which they did not come and even check or do assessment of the property when i moved in now when i moved out they come and do assessment and blame me for the damages which was there when i moved in and wont refund me my deposit only if the agent by the name of Dennis John had done his job then i would not be blamed for somthing i did not do i will never rent from PRECIOUS PROPERTIES AGAIN BASED IN PRIMROSE HILL GERMISTON THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT WITH NO PROBLEMS NOW WONT PAY IT BACK
