Precious Angles Disappointment

I ordered a Bullterrier pup on the 1 April, but due to work related problems cancel my order. I paid in full a amount of R4000 and Additional transportation costs of R750 . As I canceled my order I repeatedly asked for a refund , after almost 2 weeks , I rep**** that I will take the puppy due to the fact that no refund was don. On the 15 April I requested that they Precious Angles must go ahead with delivery on the 21 of April. Everything was arranged , just to receive a phone call from Sa Pet transporters ,to pay in a additional R13500 for a Electronic transportation crate. I indicated that I can not afford that type of amount and requested to cancel the whole transaction as the breeder couldn’t pay it as well . They firstly did not include any additional cost , there was no dipost required and I paid the amount in full. R4750. All in . Now that every thing is cancels due to transportation ext Nothing less than my funds back . These people are ************ and needed to be reported as such.
